This congress is held each year to brainstorm ideas on how to improve mass transportation in the European Union and finding economically and environmentally friendly solutions. Truck, 1985 FS II.367 features a bright color palette of sunny yellow and hot pink, accented with teal green. This work showcases many of the hallmarks of Warhol's style, highlighting his outlining and color-blocking techniques. The print also works to present a truck as the center of an artwork, transforming an everyday object into something worth paying attention to.
