Pablo Picasso Femmes Fleurs (Women Pitcher), 1948 A.R. 50 is an elegant turned pitcher highlights the graceful form of the female nude. Combining elements of the female form with elements of a blossoming flower, Picasso creates his Flower Women. Addressing themes of birth and life, this pitcher's title, along with its exquisite imagery, brings to mind themes of spring and birth.
