Historical Description

A curious character returns our gaze in this beautiful composition. Its eyes seem to be looking back at us in curiosity as its red mouth tilts into a grin. The character’s features are set against a charming red and orange background which emphasizes its joyful quality. The brushstrokes and dotted texture of the piece are characteristically and stylistically Miró. This is a light hearted piece sure to please many.
