We would like to do this as quickly and efficiently as possible however, we are limited in staff and process many inquires on a daily basis. While some of our customers are reluctant to give direct contact information, it gives us a way to contact you in a timely manner and it also tells us that you're serious about the request. We spend many hours assisting each customer regardless of sale.
